Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Odyssey Studio, provided by ABXO Digital LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the software, you agree to these terms.

Using Odyssey Studio requires an account (email/password or Google sign-in). You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for any activity under your account.

Odyssey Studio connects to the copy of Ableton Live running locally on your computer to read and edit your session based on your natural-language requests. Specifically:

• Odyssey Studio only reads and modifies Ableton Live projects open locally on your own machine;
• we do not send your audio files or projects to third parties to train AI models;
• the service relies on third-party AI models to process your text requests; the text content of your conversations may be sent to those providers as described in our Privacy Policy.

Each subscription includes a monthly quota of credits, consumed based on your actual use of the AI assistant. Unused credits don't roll over to the next month. Once your quota is used up, the AI assistant is paused until your quota renews or you change plans.

Any music you create with Odyssey Studio - tracks, MIDI, mixes, masters - is entirely yours. We claim no rights over your creative work and take no royalty on how you use or sell it afterward.

Odyssey Studio, its brand, code, and interface remain the exclusive property of ABXO Digital LLC. Your subscription grants a personal, non-exclusive right to use the software - it does not grant any right to copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute it.

You agree not to:

• use the service for any illegal or fraudulent purpose;
• attempt to bypass usage quotas or access the service without a valid subscription;
• use automated scripts to query the AI assistant outside normal human use;
• resell, sublicense, or share your account with others.

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without refund, for any violation of these terms.

The service requires Ableton Live 11 or 12 and a compatible macOS or Windows system. We don't guarantee compatibility with unsupported versions.

Odyssey Studio currently cannot measure loudness (LUFS), listen to audio in real time, or route a sidechain through Ableton's API. An up-to-date list of capabilities and limitations is available in the product documentation.

We may add, change, or remove features of the service at any time, including for technical reasons or as the underlying AI models we use evolve.

How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. In short: we collect the email address and billing information needed to provide the service, and we don't sell personal data to third parties.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We'll notify users of any material change by email, with reasonable notice before it takes effect.
