Terms of Sale

Odyssey Studio is operated by ABXO Digital LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States ("Odyssey Studio", "we", "us").

These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of a subscription to the Odyssey Studio software. By subscribing, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Odyssey Studio is a desktop application that connects an AI assistant to Ableton Live, letting you create, edit, and analyze music projects through natural language. The service is sold as a monthly or annual subscription, each granting a monthly quota of AI usage ("credits") that renews for as long as the subscription is active.

Current pricing for all plans (Start, Pro, Max) is shown at odyssey-studio.app/pricing. Prices are listed in US dollars. An annual subscription is billed once a year at a discounted rate (equivalent to two months free compared to monthly billing).

We may change our prices at any time. Any price change will only apply to renewals occurring after we've given you at least 30 days' notice.

Payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annual) until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your saved payment method at each renewal.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings [or by emailing odysseystudioapp@proton.me]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period - we don't provide prorated refunds for the remainder of a period you've already paid for.

Fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by law in your jurisdiction.

Odyssey Studio is a creative assistance tool. We don't guarantee any particular artistic or commercial result, and you remain solely responsible for the creative decisions you make with its help.

We are not liable for:

• loss of your Ableton Live project files (Odyssey Studio includes an automatic snapshot feature, but you're responsible for keeping your own backups of your work);
• temporary service interruptions caused by maintenance, outages, or failures of third-party services we rely on (including AI providers);
• indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the software.

Our total liability to you, however arising, is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation; failing that, the state and federal courts located in Wyoming will have exclusive jurisdiction.
