Privacy Policy

Odyssey Studio is provided by ABXO Digital LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use our website and software, why we collect it and the choices you have.

• Account data: your email address and, if you use Google sign-in, your name and profile picture.
• Billing data: handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Chat requests: the text you type in Odyssey Studio, so the AI can turn it into Ableton actions.
• Usage data: credit consumption, app version and basic error reports, so we can run and improve the service.
• Website data: standard technical information such as browser type and pages visited.

Audio analysis (spectrogram, LUFS, key, BPM) runs on your own computer. Your audio files and Ableton projects stay on your machine. We don't upload them to our servers and we never use them to train AI models. Your music belongs to you.

• to create and manage your account and subscription;
• to process your requests and count credit usage;
• to provide support and send important service emails;
• to keep the service secure and fix bugs.

We don't sell your personal data, and we don't use it for third-party advertising.

We share data only with providers that help us run the service: Stripe (payments), our hosting and database provider, and third-party AI model providers that process the text of your chat requests. These providers act on our behalf and may not use your data for their own purposes.

We keep your account data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except billing records we must keep for legal and tax reasons.

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and CCPA), you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to certain processing. Email us at odysseystudioapp@proton.me and we'll respond within 30 days.

We use only the cookies needed for the site and your login session to work. We don't use advertising cookies.

We use encryption in transit and access controls to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you of any breach as required by law.

Odyssey Studio is not intended for children under 16, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

We may update this policy. We'll notify users of any material change by email before it takes effect.
